1. Can I request a graphic?
Yes, you can now do it at our request page! Go and check out if some of the staff members are free to do your graphic: Request page
2. Can I be part of Neoronic’s graphics team?
Please check this page to see if we are currently hiring or not.
3. What do I get for submitting graphics to Neoronic?
Here’s a list of things you get from us:
-Our thanks, and if you are very lucy, a hug.
-If you submit at least 2 graphics to us, then your name will be listed on the Thank You Page
-A big credit of your name beside the graphic that you submit to us
-A pretty banner to put on your user lookup, so your friends know that you are a proud graphic donator of for Neoronic Graphics!
4. I have a website, can we affiliate?
Neoronic Graphics is only a section of Neoronic, therefore we don’t actually have affiliates. If you want to affiliate with Neoronic, you can do that by going to Apply for Affiliate page and check the status. We aren’t usually open though because kitty is always so busy with her creative stupidity. Sorry about this.
5. Your enter signs are defective. Something about mis-matched quotation marks.
That often happens when a proper URL isn’t entered into the code. For example:
<a href="YOUR LINK HERE"><img src="http://images.neoronic.com/entersigns/ghostkorbatenter7rm.png" border="0"></a>
You must replace “YOUR LINK HERE” with a link. (e.g. http://neopets.com) After all, we are talking about enter signs, people are supposed to press the sign and then be directed to another web page, right?
6. Can I alter your layouts and/or images?
No, not anymore. I’m sorry to say this, but many people take advantage of this feature and they tend to remove our credit.
7. How come my comments don’t show up?
For safety issues, your comments must be approved by a staff before it is posted. Any comments containing profanity, offense and adult content will be deleted without hesitation.
8. How did you make your graphics?

9. Is it ok if I change the layout images too? The credit is still there,as well as a small note saying thanks to Cho for the gorgeous layout. Is that ok?
No. It once was ok for everyone to edit the code and images, but times have changed. Why? Well, let’s just say that some people tend to enjoy not only editing the layout, but also to take off our credits as well. So no, no one is allowed to alter our layouts at all.
10. How do I use the avatars? Can I use them on Neoboards?
The avatars located on this page were made for you to edit on. You need to add your names on it and then save it on your image host. You can add your name on it using paint. I also recommand you to use Imageshack as your image host.
No, you cannot use these avatars on Neoboards sadly. They are for your guild front page or website. Sort of like a news reporter image. Good luck!
11. How do you put this code on you user lookup/shop/pet lookup/guild/pet page?

12. I love it but I cannot get it to work:(The text shows but the pictures do not what do I do?
I recommend you to try again since sometimes our database may have a down time, but it will get back again.
13. Hey your code isn’t working on my look up? Do you know why?
Some of my codings only work on IE (Internet Explorer) because I use it, you may be using a different Internet browser and the result may vary.
14. I love the userlookups but i can’t highlight the whole code without having to highlight everything on this page. You should put the codes in boxes, so we can just highlight the code and not everything on the page.
Sorry about that, but if I could, I would TOTALLY try to fix that. The problem is that our blogging system doesn’t support textarea boxes. In codes, everytime we try to skip a line, the system would automatically add an extra tag that would cause disfunction in our codings. So for now, until I find a way to stop that extra line of tag, we will remain like this. Please bear with me, if you really HAVE to get a specific layout, then please neomail TheStarTrio and we’ll try our best to copy the code for you.
15. Where do I get the logo for the guild layout?
Everyone of our guild layouts have been certified and checked to make sure that they come with a logo. EVERY ONE OF THEM. (Yep, kitty stays up all night making logos) So if you find that one guild layout doesn’t have a logo, it means that the layout does not need one. (In most cases, the layout is full page)
